My Experience with Keller Williams Realty and Ash Dolah
 
I have been looking for a less expensive way to sell my condo in Hackensack, for months. Every agency wanted 6% or 5% from the selling price and  “sale by owner” did not generate any leads.
Finally Ash from KW in Clifton got in touch with me with his offer.
His offer was simple: I  paid $499 to KW to advertise for me  and offer buyer’s agent what I think is right.
Ash recommended 2% offer to buyer’s agent. In the mean while he said you will be advertised in 3 major MLS service in NJ. With caution I took him up on his offer. Within days I started receiving calls and  within few weeks I had offers on the table. 2 month have passed since Ash has called me. In this difficult market I have sold my place and closed within 2 month. I paid only 2% to the buyer’s agent, and $499 to KW, instead of 5% or 6% everyone else wanted.
I ended up saving around  $10,000.

I interviewed with a bunch of agents before I picked the one to sell my co-op. The majority of them gave me a sales pitch and they were pushy to the point where I told them to leave. When Ash Dolah of Keller Williams sat with me he was very professional and really cared about what I wanted. He was upfront and to the point so there were no surprises.
